Dr. Mark Bouie joined the agency as Director of Tennessee Foster Care in 2013. In 2014, Dr. Bouie was promoted to Vice President, overseeing the Foster Care programs in Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas, and Mississippi.  He received his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Illinois State University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. 

Dr. Bouie serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Alliance for Children & Families. Dr. Bouie has over 30 years’ experience working in Child Welfare including for profit and not for profit entities.  In his spare time, Mark enjoys riding his motorcycle, bowling and spending time with his family.
